Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use xform.fit.

You must be at least 16 years old to use xform.fit. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.

xform.fit is a fitness and nutrition logging tool, not a medical service. Calorie and macro targets, body-metric trends, AI-generated training programs, and any coaching or reinforcement messages are general, automated, informational estimates — they are not medical, dietary, or health advice, and are not a substitute for professional judgment. No physician-patient, dietitian-patient, or other healthcare-professional relationship is created through your use of xform.fit. Always talk to a doctor, registered dietitian, or qualified coach before starting or changing a diet or exercise program, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant. If you experience pain, dizziness, or any concerning symptom, stop and seek medical attention.

You assume responsibility for participating in exercise appropriate to your own abilities, physical condition, and any guidance from your own healthcare provider.

Voice transcription, meal-photo recognition, and AI-generated training programs use third-party AI models. Their outputs may contain factual errors, omit relevant information, misidentify foods, incorrectly estimate calories or macros, or generate training recommendations unsuitable for you specifically. These outputs are not reviewed by a person before being shown to you. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything an AI feature produces before relying on it — logged meals and workouts can always be checked and edited.

Do not use xform.fit to:

• attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing
• interfere with the service's operation for other users

You retain ownership of the data you log (meals, workouts, stats, photos). By using AI features you authorize us to send the relevant content to our AI provider solely to generate the result you requested (see our Privacy Policy).

You can delete your account at any time from Profile (a 24-hour undoable grace period applies). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable-use section above.

xform.fit is provided on an as-is basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We aim for reliability — we run uptime monitoring and error alerting — but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of xform.fit, including any decision made in reliance on calorie, macro, or coaching output. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding xform.fit, superseding any prior agreements on the same subject. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your account or these terms to anyone else; we may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may communicate with you electronically (e.g. by email or in-app notice), and you consent to receiving communications this way.

We will update the effective date above if these terms change materially, and — where the change is significant — ask for renewed consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement remain unaffected by this choice of law.
